Our Lagenweine, which grow around our village, are called HeĂźlocher Mondschein, HeĂźlocher Liebfrauenberg, and Bechtheimer Hasensprung. They are superior in the truest sense of the word. Those wines are of premium quality, the best ones the estate offers. Produced in small quantities, but with great passion.
The Cistercian wine-growing estate offers wines in three classifications: Lagenweine – our finest wines from one single vineyard site, Ortsweine – our high-quality wines, influenced by the typical local terroir, and Gutsweine – our wines grown in the estate’s own vineyards. All three of them excellent wines from the Rheinhessen region – each sip a pleasure trip. That’s what makes the difference: terroir, grapes, availability.
