Manifold, well-balanced: Sounds good? We agree with that. Deep clay soils, lime stone, clay loam soil, and iron ore, just to name a few: Our vineyards with their different soil types stretch over the best vineyard sites of the Rheinhessen region. That’s reason enough to meet our superior wines.

Our Ortsweine – our high-quality wines, influenced by the typical local terroir

You can’t bottle wine without receiving compliments

Viticulture is craftsmanship. With our well-known German Fingerspitzengefühl, namely tact and sensitivity, we meticulously take care of what is predetermined by our local nature. Very nicely done, by the way: Nature has done an excellent job. When we bottle our Cistercian Ortsweine, we always add a bit of the Rheinhessen region, the Wonnegau area, and of our village Heßloch. What does it taste like? The best way to find out – just try it!

It’s only logical: Gutsweine are good wines

They are good as they come along with a very down-to-earth character. Gutsweine are served in a pleasantly laid-back way, whenever people simply want to savour a good glass of wine. People like you and people like us. Whenever pizza or pasta is served, whenever friends sit together, whenever a busy day is rounded off in an easy-going manner.
